Also what is the best way to attach it to two posts? | | Answer | 1.5" Sign•Foam will be fine as long as you do not blast or machine too deep. Try and leave yourself 1.0" of net thickness. As far as installation is concerned, mount the posts in the ground, and run a 2"x4" stringer between the two post. Mount the sign on top of the stringer and attach with hardware from the the bottom and both sides.
