| Topic: Best filler | | Question | I have a customer with a hand carved sign, who wants to remove a 6" x 66" word from 15 lb. foam.They would like it filled in , what would be the best filler ,this would have to be done on site, they don't want an overlay. Or maybe you have another suggestion.
| | Answer | The most successful method is to replace the old Sign•Foam with new Sign•Foam. Rout out the unwanted graphic and replace with a 6" x 66" piece of Sign•Foam. Epoxy in place, then finish to match the existing surface.
